Dr Kohli is an eminent anaesthesiologist. An alumnus from AIIMS, he worked in the field and gained tremendous experience. A major leg of his training in Anaesthesia comes from his wide experience and training in England. He finished his fellowship from Faculty of Royal College of Surgeons (FFARCS) and went on to work in various leading hospitals in Europe. He is an active member of Technical Committees of International Standards Organisation (ISO). His experience and exposure of international standards of health and equipment pushed him towards setting up lifesaving medical equipment manufacturing facility and brining global expertise to India.

Dr Kohli completed her MBBS from Delhi University’s Maulana Azad Medical College. She went ahead to work in the United Kingdom and gained years of clinical experience by working in various leading medical hospitals. Along with her husband, Dr Vinod Kohli, she went on to establish their footing in lifesaving medical equipment manufacturing.

He is an engineering graduate who pursued Electronic and Electrical Engineering & pursued specialisation in Medical Electronics from University of Hertfordshire, UK. He went to gain extensive work experience in the field of manufacturing and servicing medical equipment including anaesthetics, surgical, OT, ICU, etc. He brings with him cross-sectional exposure in manufacturing world-class medical and lifesaving equipment along with immense knowledge constantly updated through industry interaction as well as training pursuits.

Management Graduate from Thames Valley University, UK, he has undertaken extensive training in hospitals in the context of marketing and execution. His industry-specific training gives him an edge over others and has enabled him to immensely scale up brand accessibility across the globe and in tier two and tier three cities in India.

A business administration graduate from Delhi University, she has been taking care of various operations at the facility including Quality Management Systems, Line Staff Management, and daily running of the facility. In her fifteen years of experience, AML has relentlessly escalated to being one of the frontrunners in lifesaving device manufacturing.

A Post-graduate in business management, she has been steering the Human Resource Management, Marketing Communication, and Business Operations along with inter-department coordination between corporate office and manufacturing facility. She has been tirelessly driving the organisation towards goal accountability and successive growth for last fifteen years.
